Pet Care Services

Pet-care services may require additional information before a booking is accepted, including vaccination records, health information, behavioral history, medications, allergies, emergency contacts, care instructions, meet-and-greets, or separate service agreements.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about their dog.

Mushy’s may decline, modify, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary for animal welfare, health, safety, behavior, capacity, operational limitations, or violation of our policies.

Any separate boarding, daycare, training, or service agreement signed for a specific booking will apply in addition to these Terms.

Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Certain services may require full or partial payment in advance.

Booking and cancellation rules vary by service and may include different terms for standard reservations, holidays, extended stays, events, photoshoots, or special experiences.

Products & Online Orders

Product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and other information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing differences, or handmade/custom characteristics.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities
  • Change pricing
  • Discontinue products
  • Correct errors or inaccuracies
  • Cancel or refuse orders where reasonably necessary

Product Use & Pet Safety

Pet owners are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their dog.

Events, Photoshoots & Experiences

Unless specifically stated otherwise, dogs attending events remain under the supervision and responsibility of their owners.

Photos & Media

For pet-care services, your separate service agreement may address the use of photos or videos.

Health, Safety & Emergencies

Pet owners are responsible for disclosing known medical conditions, medications, allergies, vaccination status, behavioral concerns, aggression or bite history, escape tendencies, and other special-care needs where relevant.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Mushy’s name, logo, website content, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Mushy’s Pet Care LLC.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the website or Mushy’s services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
